- After your cacao tasting, you will be transferred to the welcoming home of renowned Peruvian chef Penelope Alzamora for an exclusive hands-on cooking experience beginning at 11:00 am. In this intimate setting, you will discover the traditions and flavors of Peruvian cuisine as the chef guides you through the preparation of some of the country's most beloved dishes, sharing family recipes, culinary techniques, and the stories behind each creation. - After lunch, head to Lima’s historic centre for a panoramic view of the Main Square, featuring the Government Palace, the City Hall, and the Desamparados Train Station. Then, enjoy a drive through the city’s old streets, lined with traditional mansions and Moorish-style balconies.
- Continue with a visit to the Santo Domingo Convent Museum, one of the best-preserved monasteries in Lima. Finally visit Casa Aliaga, the oldest colonial residence in the Americas continuously inhabited by the same family since 1535. Its historic halls, traditional balconies, and valuable artistic pieces offer a fascinating insight into viceregal life in Lima.

- At 8:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel and begin your journey along the scenic Yura Highway, skirting the slopes of the majestic Chachani Volcano. As you ascend into the Andean highlands, you will enter the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, a protected area renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and as the natural habitat of South America's native camelids, including graceful vicuñas roaming freely across the plains.
- Along the way, you will stop in the small village of Patahuasi to enjoy a traditional cup of coca tea, a time-honored Andean remedy that helps ease the effects of the high altitude while offering a first taste of local customs.
- Your journey continues through the beautiful Tocra wetlands, where you will have the opportunity to observe an impressive variety of migratory birds, including elegant flamingos, as well as herds of alpacas and llamas grazing peacefully across the high-altitude grasslands. You will then pass the crater of the extinct Chucura Volcano before reaching the spectacular Volcanoes Viewpoint at 4,910 meters (16,109 ft) above sea level, the highest point of the route. From this remarkable vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the dramatic volcanic peaks that dominate Peru's western mountain range.

- At 15:00 pm, you will visit Chivay's main square and its traditional local market, where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of this Andean town. - At 6:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel and begin your journey through the spectacular Colca Valley toward the iconic Condor Cross Viewpoint. Along the way, admire the dramatic scenery of one of the world's deepest canyons before arriving at this renowned lookout, where, weather permitting, you may witness the majestic Andean condors soaring effortlessly on the rising thermal currents above the canyon. The viewpoint also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the immense Colca Canyon and its rugged landscapes.
- At approximately 9:00 am, you will begin your return to Chivay, making several scenic and cultural stops along the way. Your first stop will be the village of Pinchollo, home to the Wayrapunko Viewpoint, which offers magnificent panoramic views over the Colca Valley. You will then continue to the Antahuilque Viewpoint, where you can admire impressive pre-Inca agricultural terraces arranged in a natural amphitheater, as well as the mysterious lagoons that dot the valley below.
- The journey continues to the traditional village of Maca, where you will visit its beautiful colonial church and, if you wish, have the opportunity to sample local specialties such as the famous Colca Sour. Afterwards, you will visit the picturesque village of Yanque, home to what is considered the most beautiful colonial church in the Colca Valley.
- At approximately 12:00 pm, you will return to Chivay, where you will have time to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (not included).
- At 13:00 pm, you will depart for Puno, crossing the spectacular Andean highlands. Along the route, admire sweeping landscapes filled with native flora and fauna, including herds of alpacas, llamas, and vicuñas grazing across the vast altiplano. You will also pass remarkable rock formations resembling a natural stone forest as you travel through the villages of Pillones and Imata before reaching Crucero Alto, the highest point of the journey at 4,538 meters (14,888 ft) above sea level. Continuing onward, you will stop at the picturesque Lagunillas Lagoon before passing through the towns of Santa Lucía, Cabanillas, and Juliaca.

- Neither land, sky, or water, but rather at the intersection of the three, Totora, or junco reed roots, serve as unique building material for the floating islands of the Uros Titino communities of Lake Titicaca.
- The Islands of Lake Titicaca excursion brings our guests close to the islands' Uro-Aymara communities, providing a unique opportunity to grow personally acquainted with the men -skilled reed raftsmen-, and women, - expert weavers famous for their craft-, as well as the ancestral techniques used to keep their islands afloat, among other aspects of their remarkable heritage.

- Then, continue to Raqchi, home to the magnificent Temple of Wiracocha, one of the most important ceremonial sites of the Inca Empire. - Following the visit, you will be transferred to Hacienda Sarapampa. “Sarapampa" is a word from the Quechua language meaning "cornfield". Situated in a privileged location in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the property is just 5 minutes from Pisac. In Hacienda Sarapampa you will have the opportunity to have a unique cultural experience around traditions associated with corn production practices in an authentic and natural environment.

- Then, proceed to the legendary town of Ollantaytambo, often referred to as a living Inca town. This massive Inca fortress is built on three overlapping platforms, each over 360 m long.
- Then visit the Church and Convent of Santo Domingo at 10:30 am, a Spanish construction belonging
- to the Dominican Order, built on the foundations of the Inca temple of Koricancha, or Temple of the
- Sun. Koricancha (in Quechua, "a site of gold") was the main religious building of the Incas dedicated
- to the worship of the Sun. According to the chroniclers, they were plated with gold. Magnificent
- blocks of finely carved stone were used in its construction.
- Finally, you will visit the charming San Blas neighborhood at 11:30 am, Cusco’s historic artisan quarter, known for its narrow cobblestone streets, whitewashed houses, and bohemian atmosphere. - At 9:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco and begin your private journey through the scenic landscapes of the Sacred Valley toward the archaeological site of Moray.
- Your first visit will be to the enigmatic Archaeological Site of Moray, an extraordinary example of Inca agricultural innovation. Discover the impressive circular terraces built into the natural landscape, believed to have functioned as an agricultural laboratory where the Incas studied and adapted crops to different microclimates. The temperature difference between the upper and lower terraces can reach up to 10°C, showcasing the remarkable knowledge of engineering, agriculture, and environmental adaptation developed by this ancient civilization.
- Continue to Mil Restaurant, where you will enjoy a refined culinary experience created by renowned chef Virgilio Martínez. Set amidst the Andean landscape, Mil celebrates the connection between nature, culture, and ancestral traditions through a menu inspired by local ecosystems and native ingredients. - After this unforgettable experience, continue toward the breathtaking Maras Salt Mines. This extraordinary landscape, utilized since pre-Inca times, features thousands of terraced salt pools carved into the mountainside and fed by natural saltwater springs emerging from the underground. Learn about the traditional extraction process, where mineral-rich water is carefully guided into shallow pools and naturally evaporated to produce the famous Maras salt, which has been valued for centuries.

- Early in the morning, around 05:00 hrs, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco.
- The initial transport will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Your first stop will be in the District of Cusipata, where you will enjoy a 30-minute breakfast break. Then, you will continue for another hour until you reach Phulawasipata.
- Here, you will pause for a brief overview of the planned activities. You will begin your hike at the base of the Ausangate mountain range, followed by an ascent of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the highest point of Rainbow Mountain. During your trek, you will have the opportunity to see various types of South American camelids, which are relatives of the camel.
- Once you reach the red hill, you'll have time to take in the stunning scenery.
- After enjoying the views, you will begin your descent, which will take around 1 hour, returning you to Phulawasipata. Your driver will be waiting for you there to take you back to the District of Cusipata, where you can enjoy a 1-hour lunch break.

- Arrive in Puerto Maldonado, the capital of Madre de Dios, and start your journey with a 1-hour bus ride followed by a 2.5-hour boat trip to the lodge. As you travel along the river, enjoy your first taste of Amazonian cuisine while soaking in the stunning rainforest landscapes.
- Cross the confluence with the Malinowski River, leaving behind the last traces of human habitation as you enter the 700,000-hectare uninhabited core of the Tambopata National Reserve. Along the way, keep an eye out for capybaras, caimans, geese, macaws, and other large species that become increasingly frequent as you venture deeper into the reserve.
- Arrive at Tambopata Research Center, a boutique eco-lodge set in the heart of the Tambopata National Reserve. The lodge offers a comfortable retreat with a bar, massage center, and buffet service, surrounded by projects from the Wired Amazon Program, including the Tambopata Macaw Project, 8 Primates Project, and other conservation initiatives.
- Before dinner, attend a night lecture where scientists provide insights into the ongoing projects of the Wired Amazon Program and discuss the conservation challenges they face.

- On clear morning, you will visit the famous clay lick, where dozens of macaws and hundreds of parrots gather along the riverbank in a spectacular display of color and sound. From the observation area located approximately fifty meters from the cliff, you will have the opportunity to spot green-winged, scarlet, and blue-and-gold macaws, as well as different species of smaller parrots descending to feed on the mineral-rich clay. The activity takes place at dawn, when bird activity is at its highest.
- Explore a five-kilometre rainforest trail surrounded by towering trees, streams, and small ponds. During the walk, search for wildlife such as squirrel monkeys, brown capuchin monkeys, spider monkeys, and peccaries while discovering the diverse flora and fauna of the Amazon rainforest.
- Ten minutes upriver from the lodge, visit the island and its small pond with a viewing platform, an ideal spot for birdwatching. Observe species such as Muscovy ducks, sunbitterns, hoatzins, woodpeckers, oropendolas, flycatchers, and parakeets that inhabit this area.
- After dinner, enjoy an evening lecture with the resident scientists, learning about macaw biology, feeding habits, clay lick behavior, breeding ecology, population changes, and conservation efforts.
