Day 1

Pimpri Chinchwad – Pune – Goa

  • Tonight at 10:00 PM, our comfortable Urbania vehicle will depart from Bhakti-Shakti Chowk for the beautiful coastal state of Goa. En-route pick-up points are available at Nashik Phata (10:30 PM), RTO Pune (11:00 PM), and Katraj Zoo (11:30 PM). Sit back, relax, and enjoy the overnight journey as we travel towards one of India's most loved beach destinations.
Day 2

Goa – Candolim Beach

  • Welcome to Goa, where golden beaches, swaying palm trees, and a laid-back atmosphere await you.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel around 12:00 Noon and enjoy some time to freshen up and relax after the overnight journey.
  • Spend the afternoon at leisure before heading to the beautiful Candolim Beach in the evening. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the Arabian Sea, take a peaceful walk along the shoreline, or simply unwind while watching the sunset.
  • Later, explore the lively local markets, where you can shop for handicrafts, souvenirs, beachwear, and Goan specialties.

Day 3

South Goa Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, embark on an exciting sightseeing tour of South Goa, known for its rich heritage, scenic beauty, and peaceful surroundings.
  • Begin with a visit to Panaji, the charming capital city of Goa, famous for its Portuguese architecture and riverside setting.
  • Continue to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses the sacred relics of St. Francis Xavier.
  • Seek blessings at the revered Mangeshi Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, followed by a visit to the peaceful Shantadurga Temple, one of Goa's most important Hindu shrines.
  • Later, visit the picturesque Dona Paula Beach, known for its breathtaking views where the Mandovi River meets the Arabian Sea. Stop at the iconic Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, admired for its striking white façade and beautiful colonial architecture. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Mandovi River Sunset Cruise, featuring scenic views, cool breezes, and a memorable Goan sunset.

Day 4

North Goa

  • Today, discover the vibrant attractions of North Goa, famous for its beaches, forts, and lively markets. Begin with a visit to the historic Fort Aguada, a magnificent 17th-century Portuguese fort offering spectacular panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.
  • Later, visit some of Goa's most popular beaches, including Sinquerim Beach, Calangute Beach, and Baga Beach. Spend time relaxing by the sea, enjoying the lively atmosphere, or participating in optional water sports at your own expense.
  • In the afternoon, visit the bustling Mapusa Municipal Market, a traditional Goan marketplace well known for local spices, cashew nuts, handicrafts, clothing, souvenirs, and authentic Goan products. Return to the hotel after a wonderful day of sightseeing.

Day 5

Goa – Kolhapur – Hometown

  • Today marks the end of your memorable Goa vacation. After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel at around 6:00 AM and begin your return journey towards your hometown.
  • En route, visit the famous Mahalakshmi Temple in Kolhapur to seek the blessings of Goddess Ambabai. Later, enjoy a delightful picnic-style lunch (Vanbhojan) before continuing the journey back home.
  • Carry with you wonderful memories of Goa's beautiful beaches, historic landmarks, vibrant culture, and unforgettable experiences. Arrive at Waari Office, Ravet, by evening, where the tour concludes with cherished memories and the promise of travelling together again.

  • Any extra expense incurred due to any force majeure situation or natural calamities before the tour departure or during the tour, such as a change in airline schedule, route, or operation, changing the tour date, a change in hotel, etc.
  • Any personal expenses or the cost of any optional activity or service
  • Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
  • Any Darshan Pass charges will be extra.
  • Any rickshaw or local transport used for local sightseeing will be extra.

Important Information & Tour Guidelines
  • Guests opting for Joining & Leaving arrangements are required to book their own flight/train tickets and arrange airport/railway station transfers unless otherwise specified. 
  • To avail the group airport transfer, the following conditions must be met 
  • Your arrival airport must be the same as the group's scheduled arrival airport. 
  • Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time. 
  • On the last day, your departure flight must be from the same airport and scheduled after the group's departure flight. 
  • Standard hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM (or as per the hotel's policy) and check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM (or as per the hotel's policy). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges. 
  • If your flight arrives before the standard check-in time, we may arrange sightseeing or other activities, wherever operationally feasible, to help you make the most of your day. 
  • In case of flight rescheduling resulting in an earlier arrival or later departure, additional meals or refreshments, if required as per the revised schedule, will be arranged at the company's discretion. 
  • Extra Adult/Child with Mattress bookings will be provided with one mattress per room, as applicable. 
  • Meals are served only as mentioned in the tour itinerary. Meals during air travel, train journeys, bus travel, transit halts, or personal stopovers are not included unless specifically mentioned. 
  • Seating in the tour vehicle is allotted on a first come, first served basis at the beginning of the tour and will remain the same throughout the journey unless otherwise decided by the Tour Manager for operational reasons. 
  • Due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local circumstances, traffic, government regulations, or other unavoidable reasons, the sightseeing sequence, itinerary, or travel route may be changed or reversed. However, every effort will be made to provide all the inclusions or suitable alternatives. 
  • All our departures are planned to operate as scheduled. However, if the minimum required number of participants is not achieved, the company reserves the right to merge the departure with another date or offer suitable alternatives. Guests may also opt for a customised package, where certain group services such as the Tour Manager, group activities, games, meals, or entry tickets may vary or may not be available. 
  • Air tickets issued under promotional, special, or non-refundable fares are subject to the respective airline's fare rules and may be partially or fully non-refundable. 
  • Guests are advised to keep their passports, travel documents, valuables, cash, and personal belongings safe throughout the tour. Waari shall not be responsible for any loss due to negligence or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Always carry Waari's emergency contact details along with your Tour Manager's contact number during the journey
