Day 1

Delhi – Haridwar

  • Welcome to your sacred Char Dham Yatra.
  • Upon arrival at Delhi Railway Station or Airport, meet our Tour Manager and proceed towards the holy city of Haridwar.
  • After checking into the hotel and refreshing yourself, witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of lamps illuminate the banks of the sacred River Ganga, creating a truly spiritual and unforgettable experience.

Day 2

Haridwar – Barkot

  • Today, after breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Barkot, nestled amidst the beautiful Himalayan foothills.
  • Enjoy breathtaking views of lush valleys, winding mountain roads, rivers, and charming villages along the journey.
  • Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax in preparation for the upcoming pilgrimage.

Day 3

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

  • Early in the morning, drive to Janki Chatti, the starting point of the trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Pilgrims may complete the journey on foot or opt for a pony, palki, or doli at their own expense. After seeking blessings and visiting the sacred hot water springs, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Barkot – Uttarkashi

  • Today, proceed to the spiritual town of Uttarkashi, situated on the banks of the River Bhagirathi. Upon arrival, visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most revered temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Spend the evening at leisure amidst the peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

Day 5

Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

  • After an early breakfast, drive through scenic mountain landscapes to the sacred Gangotri Temple, the origin shrine of the holy River Ganga. Offer prayers and experience the serene spiritual atmosphere surrounded by majestic Himalayan peaks.
  • After darshan, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.

Day 6

Uttarkashi – Phata

  • Today, enjoy a picturesque drive to Phata, passing through beautiful valleys, rivers, and mountain landscapes. The journey offers spectacular views of the Garhwal Himalayas, making it one of the most scenic drives of the pilgrimage.
  • Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax.

Day 7

Phata – Kedarnath – Phata

  • Early in the morning, drive to Sonprayag, from where you will begin your journey to the sacred Kedarnath Temple by trekking, pony, palki, or doli (at your own expense). Seek the blessings of Lord Shiva at one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas, surrounded by magnificent snow-clad Himalayan peaks.
  • After darshan, return to Phata. Guests who wish to stay overnight near the Kedarnath Temple may do so at their own expense and return to Phata the following day.

Day 8

Phata (Buffer Day)

  • Today is reserved as a buffer day to ensure flexibility in your pilgrimage. This day is especially useful for guests who stayed overnight at Kedarnath or for those whose helicopter services were rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.
  • Guests remaining at Phata can spend the day relaxing amidst the peaceful mountain surroundings.

Day 9

Phata – Pipalkoti

  • After breakfast, proceed towards the picturesque town of Pipalkoti, located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Enjoy another scenic Himalayan drive through valleys, rivers, and charming hill settlements before checking into your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 10

Pipalkoti – Badrinath – Pipalkoti

  • Today, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple, one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Vishnu and an important part of the Char Dham Yatra.
  • After darshan, continue to Mana Village, popularly known as the last village of India before the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore its unique culture and scenic surroundings before returning to Pipalkoti.

Day 11

Pipalkoti – Rishikesh – Haridwar

  • After breakfast, proceed towards Haridwar via the spiritual town of Rishikesh, often referred to as the Yoga Capital of the World.
  • Visit popular attractions including Geeta Mandir, Ram Jhula, and Lakshman Jhula. Guests will also have an opportunity to purchase authentic Rudraksha Malas from government-recognized stores.
  • Sightseeing in Rishikesh will be conducted by small private vehicles, already included in the tour cost. Later, continue your journey to Haridwar.

Day 12

Haridwar – Delhi – Departure

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
  • As your sacred Char Dham Yatra comes to an end, carry home countless blessings, cherished memories, and a heart filled with peace and devotion.

Important Information & Tour Guidelines
  • Guests opting for Joining & Leaving arrangements are required to book their own flight/train tickets and arrange airport/railway station transfers unless otherwise specified. 
  • To avail the group airport transfer, the following conditions must be met 
  • Your arrival airport must be the same as the group's scheduled arrival airport. 
  • Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time. 
  • On the last day, your departure flight must be from the same airport and scheduled after the group's departure flight. 
  • Standard hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM (or as per the hotel's policy) and check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM (or as per the hotel's policy). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges. 
  • If your flight arrives before the standard check-in time, we may arrange sightseeing or other activities, wherever operationally feasible, to help you make the most of your day. 
  • In case of flight rescheduling resulting in an earlier arrival or later departure, additional meals or refreshments, if required as per the revised schedule, will be arranged at the company's discretion. 
  • Extra Adult/Child with Mattress bookings will be provided with one mattress per room, as applicable. 
  • Meals are served only as mentioned in the tour itinerary. Meals during air travel, train journeys, bus travel, transit halts, or personal stopovers are not included unless specifically mentioned. 
  • Seating in the tour vehicle is allotted on a first come, first served basis at the beginning of the tour and will remain the same throughout the journey unless otherwise decided by the Tour Manager for operational reasons. 
  • Due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local circumstances, traffic, government regulations, or other unavoidable reasons, the sightseeing sequence, itinerary, or travel route may be changed or reversed. However, every effort will be made to provide all the inclusions or suitable alternatives. 
  • All our departures are planned to operate as scheduled. However, if the minimum required number of participants is not achieved, the company reserves the right to merge the departure with another date or offer suitable alternatives. Guests may also opt for a customised package, where certain group services such as the Tour Manager, group activities, games, meals, or entry tickets may vary or may not be available. 
  • Air tickets issued under promotional, special, or non-refundable fares are subject to the respective airline's fare rules and may be partially or fully non-refundable. 
  • Guests are advised to keep their passports, travel documents, valuables, cash, and personal belongings safe throughout the tour. Waari shall not be responsible for any loss due to negligence or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Always carry Waari's emergency contact details along with your Tour Manager's contact number during the journey
