Day 1

  • Arrive at Denpasar International Airport, where you will be welcomed and assisted by our Tour Manager.
  • Proceed to Kuta, the vibrant tourism hub of Bali, renowned for its golden beaches, lively atmosphere, world-class resorts, shopping streets, and exciting nightlife.
  • Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after your journey.
  • The evening is free for leisure, allowing you to explore the nearby beach, enjoy the local cafés, or simply unwind at the hotel.

Day 2

Kuta – Ubud

  • After breakfast, proceed to Ubud, the cultural and artistic heart of Bali, surrounded by lush forests, rice terraces, and traditional villages.
  • Visit the sacred Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its holy spring water and traditional purification rituals practiced by locals and pilgrims.
  • Continue to the breathtaking Tegallalang Rice Terraces, known for their stunning landscapes and centuries-old irrigation system.
  • Here, enjoy the famous Bali Swing, offering spectacular views over the lush valley. Later, visit Kintamani, a scenic highland village offering panoramic views of the active Mount Batur Volcano and its beautiful crater lake.
  • Before concluding the day, stop at a local coffee plantation to learn about Bali’s traditional coffee-making process and sample locally produced coffee.

  • Visit the picturesque Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a beautiful lakeside temple dedicated to Dewi Danu, the Balinese Goddess of Water, set against the serene backdrop of Lake Beratan.
  • Continue to the famous Handara Gate, one of Bali’s most photographed landmarks, offering stunning mountain scenery and traditional Balinese architecture.
  • Later, visit the magnificent Tanah Lot Sea Temple, an ancient Hindu shrine dramatically perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Indian Ocean.
  • This temple is one of Bali’s most sacred sea temples and is especially famous for its breathtaking coastal views.
  • The evening is free for leisure to relax or explore the local markets and cafés.

Day 4

Ubud – Kuta

  • After breakfast, proceed back to Kuta.
  • En route, visit Bali Safari, home to over 100 species of animals, including several rare and endangered wildlife from Indonesia, India, and Africa.
  • Enjoy exploring the beautifully designed safari park and observe the animals in naturalistic habitats.
  • Later, experience a traditional Balinese Massage, known for its relaxing techniques that help rejuvenate both body and mind.
  • After checking in to your hotel in Kuta, the evening is free for shopping, leisure, or exploring Bali’s vibrant nightlife.

  • Today, visit the beautiful Tanjung Benoa Beach, Bali’s premier destination for exciting water sports.
  • Enjoy a thrilling Banana Boat Ride and a relaxing Glass Bottom Boat Ride, offering views of colorful marine life beneath the crystal-clear waters.
  • Guests may also choose to enjoy additional adventure activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, or scuba diving at their own expense.
  • Continue to Turtle Island, accessible by glass-bottom boat, where you can see sea turtles and other fascinating marine creatures.
  • Later, visit the spectacular Uluwatu Temple, one of Bali’s six most sacred sea temples, dramatically situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean.
  • In the evening, witness the world-famous Kecak & Fire Dance, a captivating cultural performance depicting scenes from the epic Ramayana against the backdrop of a stunning sunset.

    • Any extra expense incurred due to any force majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as a change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, a change in hotel, etc.
    • Personal expenses like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of the group’s set meal menu
    • Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency

    Important Information & Tour Guidelines
    • Guests opting for Joining & Leaving arrangements are required to book their own flight/train tickets and arrange airport/railway station transfers unless otherwise specified. 
    • To avail the group airport transfer, the following conditions must be met 
    • Your arrival airport must be the same as the group's scheduled arrival airport. 
    • Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time. 
    • On the last day, your departure flight must be from the same airport and scheduled after the group's departure flight. 
    • Standard hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM (or as per the hotel's policy) and check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM (or as per the hotel's policy). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges. 
    • If your flight arrives before the standard check-in time, we may arrange sightseeing or other activities, wherever operationally feasible, to help you make the most of your day. 
    • In case of flight rescheduling resulting in an earlier arrival or later departure, additional meals or refreshments, if required as per the revised schedule, will be arranged at the company's discretion. 
    • Extra Adult/Child with Mattress bookings will be provided with one mattress per room, as applicable. 
    • Meals are served only as mentioned in the tour itinerary. Meals during air travel, train journeys, bus travel, transit halts, or personal stopovers are not included unless specifically mentioned. 
    • Seating in the tour vehicle is allotted on a first come, first served basis at the beginning of the tour and will remain the same throughout the journey unless otherwise decided by the Tour Manager for operational reasons. 
    • Due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local circumstances, traffic, government regulations, or other unavoidable reasons, the sightseeing sequence, itinerary, or travel route may be changed or reversed. However, every effort will be made to provide all the inclusions or suitable alternatives. 
    • All our departures are planned to operate as scheduled. However, if the minimum required number of participants is not achieved, the company reserves the right to merge the departure with another date or offer suitable alternatives. Guests may also opt for a customised package, where certain group services such as the Tour Manager, group activities, games, meals, or entry tickets may vary or may not be available. 
    • Air tickets issued under promotional, special, or non-refundable fares are subject to the respective airline's fare rules and may be partially or fully non-refundable. 
    • Guests are advised to keep their passports, travel documents, valuables, cash, and personal belongings safe throughout the tour. Waari shall not be responsible for any loss due to negligence or unforeseen circumstances. 
    • Always carry Waari's emergency contact details along with your Tour Manager's contact number during the journey
