- To reach Rohtang Pass, it is mandatory to take a local vehicle, therefore the cost is not included in the tour package and must be paid on the spot
- (Please Note: Rohtang pass is located 51 kms from Manali and is only accessible by small vehicles like Sumo or Jeep. You visit the snow point on Rohtang road which is permitted by the Border Security Force and you can rent snow clothes that are available in roadside shops).

- Later visit Himalayan Nyinmapa Buddhist Monastery Further visit Vashisht Temple a 4000 years old historic temple dedicated to the great sage Vashisht. A hot water spring known as Vashisht Kund is inside the temple campus.
